We will have extra hardware available (if you need it) that we can sell you, but it will be sold to you for the price that we paid, including the receipt for the purchase from the original store. Think of it as us having picked up the hardware for you from the store.
how we are different from other companies:
We treat our customers like we treat our friends. Not only are our customers paying us, but we also want to have a good relationship with them. We have worked with several tech companies ourselves, and we know how customers are treated by many of them. We have also been "on the other side of the counter," so to speak, and we know what it's like to receive bad (and good!) service. This is why we are here.

We set ourselves apart from the competition by simply being human. We treat you as we ourselves wish to be treated. We're not going to try to sell you things you don't need or want, but if you do need something we will make recommendations for you, as well as why you need it. We will also help you find the best price.

We also don't charge outrageous prices. We charge by the hour, not by the service. We don't have a storefront, so you're not being billed for store rent, paying employees to sit in the store, company cars, or any other overhead costs. We also do not advertise. Our business comes strictly from word-of-mouth. That is how confident we are of our business.
