Scott has been working with computers for 18 years. He helped build his high school's original computer network, and learned a lot during this time. He has also worked at Cisco's main location in San Jose, CA. He has been employed in many different computer positions, from general help desk telephone support to computer repair to network administration.
He specializes in hardware and software troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair; network design, implementation, and repair; Cisco IOS; education; and graphic design.
He has his BS degree in Network Engineering and Computer Technology. He is an A+ certified computer technician.
Stephanie has been working with computers for 12 years. She has been employed as a network/information systems administrator, computer repair tech, and many years of customer service.
She specializes in hardware and software repair; network repair; "gadgets" such as phones (Palm, RIM [Blackberry], Windows CE-6), mp3 players, etc.; web design (HTML and CSS); graphic design; education; and speaking plain English.
She has her AOS degree in Computer Systems and Network Technology . She is an A+ certified computer technician.
